ALLS Receives Asia Pacific Society for Computers in Education (APSCE) Merit Scholarship Award 2016

Congratulations to Nicko Reginio Caluya, and Emily Sumampong Tabanao on their acceptance of the APSCE Merit Scholarship Award this 2016. The scholarship grants the recipients a small subsidy to enable them to attend 24th International Conference on Computers in Education (ICCE 2016).
